Hello!
I just want to put out there that I love the action I’ve seen on this humble blog and I welcome and encourage contact, questions or just a ‘hey!’ I’m very open about this journey of mine and would love to hear from others! If you are going through a similar experience or challenge, if you are a fellow weight-challenged individual and care to get in touch - I encourage you to contact me. Post a comment or send me an email, I’ll be sure to respond either on the site or directly. If you have questions about Jenny Craig – I can do my best or at least help you find someone with the answers, maybe Jenny herself – we can work on that one together!
I’ve posted this comment policy to set up what’s okay and what’s not okay – so that it’s out there and open. Firstly, all comments are cleared by me before they’re published, so don’t repost if you don’t see it appear right away. Also, the comment policy applies to all trackbacks and pingbacks.
My rules are simple:
Language: Keep it clean and play nice! I know I’ve said “bastard” a couple of times and anything as harmless I’m cool with, but I’d like to keep it on the cleaner side.
Your own Privacy: Your email won’t be published, it can be as anonymous as you want. That being said, please don’t post your address or phone number or any other personal information along those lines, because for your own sake it won’t be published.
Pertinence: Any comments written with the sole intent to promote another site, link, blog, or campaign unrelated to this topic or pertinent to the post in which the comment is placed, aka COMMENT SPAM, won’t be published. If you have a link you’d like to share that is pertinent, then absolutely! In addition, comments grossly unkind with no purpose other than to tear down, insult or to detract from the blog will also not be published. That’s not to say I won’t publish bad or negative comments. I’ll publish all comments that don’t have a singularly destructive, vulgar or obscene nature.
All Rights Reserved: The blog owner/author(s) of this blog, reserve the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments as well as block access to any one or group from commenting or from the blog entirely.
That being said, you can ask or say anything, don’t be shy. Unless you intend to offend, I won’t be - so don’t sweat it! And if you just want to say hello.. Do it! Let me know you’re there!
Alright then, I hope that wasn’t too stuffy for a policy. It’s advised and it’s good to be on the same page!
Your one and only,
Merptown
